Does exercise make for a healthier immune system? The lymph system is the heart of our immune system producing anti viral and anti tumour cells such as the lymphocyte. Circulation of the lymph is helped by the exercise of our muscles, walking, yoga, manual labour. Does exercise improve our state of good humour and feeling of well being. Is exercise itself a social activity?
