Organic Sunflower Oil - Normal to dry skin

Sunflower (Helianthus annuus): is a light textured oil, pale gold in colour. Unrefined Sunflower oil is useful for normal to dry skin and can be used undiluted Traditionally sunflower has been used for skin conditions such as eczema. While Sp offers organic carrier oils organic sunflower is the only carrier which can be bought in for near the cost of conventional carriers.

IB what blend do you recommend or do you find it varies according to how the individual skin responds?

BB Excellent for eczema skin: put peel of quince in the oil, remove it after 2 weaks. Perfectly soothing stressed skin!

IB Like a maceration as well, thats a good thought, do you leave it in the sun or shade it?

BB in the shade. The oil we use as food is usually also stored in the shade - so should the "food" for our skin.
